Shock collars certainly very inhumane and inappropriate. because animals can not talk are not properly treated as robots. However, more humane training methods and the non-remote systems such as shock vibration may be justified.

Dogs are not people, and they will be treated as such if they are – dogs. dogs do not make money, pay taxes, give some respect for the neighbors who need their sleep for work the next morning. Dogs are only good for entertainment and comfort. So if my neighbor’s dog barks constantly at three in the morning, I have no trouble kicking is shocking, or using an ultrasonic device to stop it. no barking dog is worth it interfere with my income and livelihood.

@ Ladykikyo08 Look, those assholes who think it’s OK to cry on their phones in the supermarket line have a bark collar on them. People talk loud when they are not supposed to, is a PROBLEM! Listen, either you learn to not bark and a delicious food and shelter every day that you do not have to work for (as well as treats, toys, and exercise) or you can get to the pound. Only this dog’s collar on the outside, she will bark at a leaf falling, she sleeps in my bed and all around is beautiful, she now knows not to bark when the collar is on and my neighbors do not want to thump her no more, success!
