do u guys remember the nylon leash that cesar millan used to train the dogs? he put the collar on the top of the neck. well im just wondering if it works like a choke collar? im not talking about the illusion collar. just the simple nylon collar that he uses.

If I remember correctly he would use the basic nylon leash itself as the collar by looping it around the dog’s neck and clipping it to itself. If you do it this way, the collar part will get tighter when the dog pulls on the leash, so yes it is like a Choke Collar Light.
