doofuss people-the collar does not go off on the first bark-it gets worse after repeated barks–geesh and if you are gonna try it, strap the thing on tight and bark and take the pain.

i would think so. i don’t use those on my pets. it’s my aunt’s. she uses the shock collar and choke collars.
