Will a Bark Collar lessen my dogs agression towards my cat?

Currently my dog and cat live on separate floors of the house but it’s my dream to see them get along. We are considering getting a bark collar for my 1yr old GSD due to her excessive barking, and I’m wondering if it will lesson her aggression toward my cat, who does not have problems with dogs, as long as they get along with him.

   Nope, the shock will just freak her out and cause her to look for other ways to be aggressive towards your cat.
